What does social responsibility mean to Europe in a Box?
Eco friendly & Sustainable: Across every aspect of our business we look for ways to improve sustainability and reduce environmental impact. Some of the ways we do this are:
- Our box material is made of recycled paper and is 100% recyclable
- We use recycled and biodegradable products in the office
- We encourage our members to re-use, up-cycle and recycle the materials in our boxes upon use (visit our Pinterest Eco-Friendly Board to find some inspiration)
Cultural diversity: Europe in a Box promotes cultural diversity and celebrates European-Australian cross-cultural exchanges, through the love of food. Our team is dedicated to make authentic European food easily accessible to all in Australia. In addition, we provide educational material to help our members learn about traditional culinary customs in Europe.
Great food for a great cause: Europe in a Box is a business with a conscience and is a philanthropic organisation that promotes giving. Europe in a Box donates a percentage of every sale to All Together Now, the only national charity in Australia dedicated to tackling racism issues.
